Reuters) - Prime Minister Adel Abdulmahdi has agreed to extend the deadline for the filing of applications for political detractors for 60 days to those who missed the opportunity, the cabinet's secretariat said on Wednesday.
According to a document issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on 12 June 2019, "According to the provisions of Article 7 / II of the Political Detainees Law No. (24) of 2005 (amended) by Law No. (16) of 2013 , The approval of the Prime Minister to extend the period of submission of applications of political dismissed for a period of (60) days from the date of the book.
