Al-Qaddo said in a press statement: "The responsibility to resolve these positions is not only related to the Prime Minister, but that some of them require in accordance with the Constitution approval of the House of Representatives."

It is noteworthy that the budget law provided for the resolution of positions managed by proxy, some of them since 2003, not later than the end of this month.
