The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, on Friday, that there are cases of big manipulation gets in the work of some Iraqi banks.
"The absence of legal deterrent contributes to repeated financial violations," Tamimi said in a televised statement read by Mawazine News.
Al-Tamimi said that "Iraq does not have guarantees in Iraq to encourage investment."
