الغد برس/ بغداد: اكد مدير عام المصرف الصناعي العراقي التابع لوزارة المالية محمد عبد الوهاب، الخميس، أن خطط المصرف بدعم الصناعيين العراقيين توقفت بسبب تأخر اقرار الموازنة الاتحادية. Tomorrow's Press / Baghdad: The head of the Industrial Bank of the Iraqi Ministry of Finance's Mohamed Abdel Wahab, said Thursday that the bank plans to support Iraqi Industrialists stalled due to delay in approving the federal budget.

وقال عبد والهاب لـ"الغد برس"، إن "تأخر اقرار الموازنة الاتحادية للعام الحالي عطل خططا تبناها المصرف من اجل دعم اكبر عدد من الصناعيين في العراق وتنمية مشاريعهم بواقع 60 مليار دينار"، معرباً عن "اماله باقرار الموازنة باسرع وقت ممكن". Said Abdul and inflaming for "tomorrow's Press", "The delay in approving the federal budget for the current year disrupted plans adopted by the bank in order to support the largest number of industrialists in Iraq and the development of their projects by 60 billion dinars," and expressed "his hopes passage of the budget as soon as possible."

واضاف أن "المصرف منح 115 قرضا الى الصناعيين والتجار خلال الربع الاول من العام الجاري من خلال جميع فروعه المنتشرة في المحافظات، وانه مستمر بمنح القروض لجميع الشرائح المشمولة بالمنح وفق اليات والضوابط التي وضعت مراعيا تقليل الروتين خلال مراحل سير المعاملة من خلال فروع المصرف". He added that "the Bank granted 115 loans to industrialists and traders during the first quarter of this year through all its branches in the provinces, and it's an ongoing grant loans to all segments covered by the grant in accordance with the mechanisms and controls that have been developed taking into account the reduced red tape through the stages of the transaction through bank branches."

واوضح أن "دعم المشاريع الصناعية يسهم بدعم الاقتصاد الوطني وتحويله من النفطي الى الانتاجي المتعدد وهذا ما وضعه المصرف كخطة للتطوير". He explained that "support for industrial projects contribute to supporting the national economy and converted from oil to multi-productive and that's what put it as a plan for the development of the bank."

يشار إلى ان الموازنة العامة للدولة للسنة الحالية لم تُقر حتى الآن منذ ان ارسلتها الحكومة منذ قرابة الثلاثة اشهر إلى مجلس النواب وهي تنتظر ادراجها على جدول الاعمال، في حين تماطل هيئة الرئاسة في ادراجها نظراً لعدم اتفاق الكتل السياسية بشأنها. It is noteworthy that the state budget for the current year did not acknowledge until now been sent to the government for nearly three months to the House of Representatives and is awaiting inclusion on the agenda, while stalling the Presidency for inclusion due to the lack of agreement of the political blocs on them.
