Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban said that the Kurdistan region will proceed to the delivery of the National Oil Company (SOMO) at least 250 thousand barrels per day early next year 2020.
Ghadhban said in a press statement that `` the federal budget law for 2019 obliges the provincial government clearly from the delivery of at least 250 thousand barrels per day to the oil marketing company (SOMO) to sell in the Turkish port of Ceyhan and enter the revenues from the sale of crude oil within the federal budget ".
He added that "the region must abide by the agreements, like the rest of the oil-producing provinces."
