, economist Ghadeer Al-Attar stressed on Saturday the importance of the Iraqi-Chinese agreement for the national economy.
Al-Attar said in a statement followed by / Mawazine News /, that "the Iraq agreement with China is a great opportunity for the national economy and will contribute to pushing the wheel of development in the country," noting that "the agreement will enhance the position of Iraq between manufacturers and importers of cars."
He added that "Iraq has a successful previous experience by opening production lines for Chinese cars in cooperation with the General Company for the Automotive Industry," stressing that "Chinese cars have great acceptance among Iraqi customers in terms of strength, durability and prices that are accessible to everyone."
