The media office of the head of the State of Law coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, denied, on Thursday, news of a phone call between the latter and President of the Republic Barham Salih "late yesterday evening," while determining the position of the coalition of candidates for prime minister.
The director of the office, Hisham Al-Rikabi, said in a tweet on (Twitter) and saw him / the information.
Al-Rikabi added, "There is no truth to what was published about a late-evening communication between the President of the State of Law coalition and the President of the Republic, and everything that is published is a shame about health."
And local media reported, earlier today, Thursday, that Maliki had refused, during a phone call to Saleh, to assign Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi to form the new government. Ended / 25
