The leader of the National List announced, on Thursday, that he had sent a message to the United Nations and the Security Council to hold those involved in the bloodshed of demonstrators accountable.
"He sent a message to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, and the foreign ministers of the permanent members of the UN Security Council, in addition to the Organization of the Islamic Conference," Allawi said in a tweet received by Mawazine News.
He added, "This is to show the reality of what is going on in Iraq and the need to hold those involved to account for the bloodshed of innocent demonstrators and bring them to the International Criminal Court." Ended 29 / h
