    Meanwhile, the World Health Organization and the European Union have issued instructions to protect children and support safe school operations, including emergency plans for educational facilities in the event of school closures, to mitigate the potential negative effects this has on children's learning.

    He stressed that the world is in development, and that the ministry is heading to keep pace with this development in light of the presence of technologies that can be used in the field of education, noting that the ministry has accelerated the introduction of Newton's platform to service because of the conditions in the country and the exceptional circumstances that accompanied the Corona crisis and prompted the ministry to extend a vacation Half of the year and always suspended.
    For its part, the Media and Communications Commission announced support for efforts to combat Corona virus, including the activation of e-learning.
    The authority said that it "provided technical solutions to provide a free increase in the capacities of the Internet in support of e-learning platforms during the crisis of Corona with a view to investing in prevention and combating the epidemic, provided that the Ministry of Communications gives ISP companies greater capacities as a measure to increase health awareness of this epidemic."
    The authority confirmed that the increase in capacities comes in conjunction with the launch of the Newton electronic platform, after most educational and educational institutions were suspended in addition to enabling citizens to perform their work from their homes.
