Deputy: Al-Kazemi will not present his cabinet after Ramadan

On Wednesday, Representative Abbas Aliwi ruled out the appointment of Prime Minister-designate Mustafa Al-Kazemi as his cabinet for Parliament before the blessed month of Ramadan.
