    The future of the private sector in Iraq is a topic that will be on the discussion table of the German Cooperation Organization at its economic conference, which will be held today, Tuesday, and tomorrow, Wednesday, with the participation of 300 economic figures.
    The online conference, entitled (How the Iraqi Private Sector Will Be able to Lead Toward a Better Economic Future), examines the challenges of building a resilient economy for companies facing the consequences of the Corona virus with the fall in oil prices and the fragility of the Iraqi labor market.
    The conference is taking place over the course of two days, 25-26 August, and the conference's work ranges between several axes, the most prominent of which is the impact of the Corona pandemic on the global economy, as well as the impact of the Corona pandemic on the Iraqi economy, as well as digital transformation as a new basis for the Iraqi economy.
    In its session today, Tuesday, the conference deals with coexistence with the Corona pandemic from the point of view of the private sector, and the conference also devoted a session entitled Made in Iraq about the possibility of Iraq in agriculture and food production.
    The conference brings together more than 300 economic figures in addition to many research centers, forums and economic institutions specialized in the fields of economic development and treatment of financial, commercial and industrial crises.
