Baghdad-Al-Sharqiya, December 20: The Central Bank of Iraq issued an official letter informing the licensed banks to raise the exchange rate of the dollar against the Iraqi dinar. The document showed that the price of buying the dollar from the Ministry of Finance will be at 1450 dinars to one dollar, and 1460 dinars, the selling price for banks through the foreign currency sale window, while the selling price of banks and non-banking financial institutions to the final beneficiary will be at 1470 dinars per dollar.
