Deputy Foreign Minister, Russian special presidential envoy in the Middle East Mikhail Boگdanov that Moscow does not rule out the establishment of an independent state Kordstanih.
He Boگdanov in response to a reporter's question about the position of the Russian Federation of the project referendum is expected to take place in the Kurdistan region, saying "We must respect the sovereignty, unity and the constitution of Iraq," but he added that the "Moscow does not rule out the emergence of a state Kordstanih and other countries in the Middle East if they split Iraq by terrorists ".
In another aspect of his speech, said Bgdanov "We proceed from the position that Iraq was and will remain a unified state and must live under the constitution and this is related to the province of Kurdistan Autonomous also, where respect for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Iraq and its constitution."
He pointed to the situation in Iraq, saying "if it got the process of centrifuges and under the impact of blows to terrorists and their plans long-term, not Iraq alone will be divided, but other countries, and will appear new states on the basis of the philosophy and ideology of radical Islam, too, and then everything is possible, including the establishment of states on the basis of nationalist and religious in this or that region of the Middle East. "
