    The agency said, "The Iranian Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, Muhammad Shariatmadari and his Iraqi counterpart, Adel Al-Rikabi signed the document, which includes the holding of a joint committee between the two ministries within the framework of the exchange of delegations or virtually, cooperation in the field of technical and vocational education and the skills system, development and localization of educational resources and standards for trainers and trainees.     The document affirmed "cooperation and participation in national competitions for skills in the two countries, holding training courses for Iraqi trainers, and exchanging trainers in the required fields.

    The document also emphasized "cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of care and social security, including vocational rehabilitation, holding supportive workshops, methods of providing counseling services for people with special needs, cooperation in the field of devices and equipment that help rehabilitate the disabled, and support solutions for homeless women and children."
