Electricity intends to install electronic meters in some areas of the capital

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Electricity announced its intention to install electronic meters in some areas of the capital, Baghdad.
Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Abadi said, in a statement to the official news agency "conscious" and seen by "Economy News", that "work with electronic meters will be in elected areas in Baghdad, and then generalize the experience to all provinces and regions."
He added that "the meters will contribute to eliminating many abuses and waste of energy, as well as informing the citizen of consumption," stressing that they "will maximize the collection resources."
