    The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers announced the referral of the draft law of the first amendment to the Law of People with Disabilities and Special Needs to the House of Representatives.
    And the General Secretariat stated in a statement received by “Al-Nour News” a copy of it, that “the Council of Ministers decided to approve the draft law of the first amendment to the Law of People with Disabilities and Special Needs (38 of 2013), which was audited by the State Council, and referred to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61). / Clause First and Clause 80 / Second) of the Constitution
