    Yes Iraq: Baghdad

Perhaps canceling the visa between Iraq and Iran, at first glance, seems natural and beneficial to the two countries in terms of the number of travelers that each country will attract, so that the goal will be the money that can be spent inside this country after waiving the price of the visa.
The Iraqi and Iranian sides agreed to cancel the visa between the two countries, while Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi confirmed that canceling the visa is still an “intention” with the Iraqi government and will be dealt with after the fortieth visit ends.
Al-Kazemi revealed, “Iraq’s intention to take a decision to lift the condition of obtaining entry visas in advance in front of Iranian visitors coming through airports, after the end of the ceremony commemorating the fortieth anniversary of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him), and indicated that the Iraqi government agencies are making every effort to make this occasion a success and facilitation.” In front of the participants coming from all Islamic countries.”
For his part, the Iranian ambassador to Iraq, Iraj Masjedi, indicated that canceling the entry visa to Iraq concerns visitors who use flights.
Masjedi explained that the decision to cancel the entry visa to Iraq could be applied to land trips after controlling the outbreak of the Corona virus epidemic.

The number of Iraqi visitors and tourists who enter Iran annually is estimated at about 2-3 million, while the number of Iranian visitors who enter Iraq annually exceeds more than 3 million.
While Iraq will lose 120 million dollars after raising the visa, which is equivalent to 40 dollars per person, the bet remains on what visitors will spend inside the country.
A previous survey of the Ministry of Planning showed that the amount of what the Iranian visitor spends does not exceed 20 thousand dinars in Iraq, compared to what the Iraqis spend in Iran, which is no less than 400 dollars.
On the other hand, Iraqi economic expert Salam Sumaisem said that “the decision to cancel visas between the two countries harms Iraq, and the fees are not a luxury, but are in exchange for services provided to them, especially since the Iranians enjoy almost free services during the forty-year visit.”
She added, "The Iranians do not spend inside Iraq, unlike the Iraqis who go there and spend thousands of dollars on tourist and medical trips."
Sumaisem indicated, "This decision may allow the Iranians to profit inside Iraq, and they will be able to enter the country and sell their goods, especially since they are exempt from customs and tax."
