    Baghdad  -The former Vice President, Khudair al-Khuzayi warned that the Takfiri gangs represent a risk on the security and stability of Iraq and the region.
    A statement by Khuzayi’s office received by AIN cited “The former VP met with Charge d’affaires of British embassy in Baghdad on Monday and assured that the terrorism is a great threat to Iraq, the region and the international peace, pointing out “Iraq needs an serious international cooperation to eliminate the terrorism.”

    “The Charge d’affaires asserted his government’s support for Iraq’s efforts to sustain its stability,” the statement added.

    “The two sides also conferred about the prospects of the joint cooperation between both countries to fight against terrorism,” the statement concluded.
