In a week, oil closes with a big loss of more than 13%
Shafaq News/ Oil prices closed at a large weekly loss of more than 13% at the end of the week's trading.
Brent crude closed in its last session (Friday) down by 0.32 dollars to reach 104.39 dollars, to record a weekly loss of 16 dollars, equivalent to 13.33%.
The US West Texas Intermediate crude also closed down by $1.01 to reach $99.27 a barrel, and it also recorded a weekly loss of $14.63, or 12.84%.
Oil prices fell during the past week after America released millions of barrels of oil from its strategic reserves to stop and limit the rise in oil prices.
