A member of the State of Law coalition, Ghassan Abu Ragheef, revealed, on Wednesday, that the next stage will witness harmony between the political forces, stressing that the Iraqi public is dissatisfied with some of the decisions and actions of the political blocs.
Abu Ragheef said in a statement that "the next stage will witness harmony between the political forces," stressing that "Iraq needs a constitutional government in order to take important decisions that the Iraqi people need, the most important of which is the budget."
Abu Ragheef added that "everyone needs to sit down to the dialogue table and move towards the constitutional timings," noting that "the national majority was built on a consensual basis and the names are different, but the content is similar."
Abu Ragheef explained that "whether the government is a majority or a consensus, all political parties must agree to form the next government in a way that satisfies the Iraqi street."
A member of the State of Law coalition indicated that "the Iraqi public is dissatisfied with some of the decisions and actions of the political blocs that stubbornly pursue political disputes and do not consider the interests of the Iraqi people in the first place."
In the file of electing the president of the republic, Abu Ragheef stated that “the issue of electing the president of the republic is reflected positively on facilitating the task and progress of the process of electing the prime minister,” noting that “the more complex the national scene gets, the more complex the components.”
