, today, Friday, political forces discussed building a political alternative in Iraq.
A statement issued by the political forces stated that Mawazine News received a copy of it, "In light of the aggravation of the political, economic and social crises in Iraq, and the adherence of the influential forces to the sectarian and ethnic quota system, the democratic, emerging and October civil forces and independent representatives held the second consultative meeting and the participants exchanged visions regarding Building a political alternative to the forces of destruction that achieves the aspirations of Iraqis to live in freedom, dignity and prosperity, under the state of democratic citizenship.
He added, "The meeting decided to form a joint committee to write a document of political and organizational principles, framing joint action between the gathered forces."
The attendees stressed, "the necessity of coordination with the social actor, including movements, unions, organizations and national figures, to be a partner in building the political direction, leading to the convening of a comprehensive national conference, in which we establish a real opposition project to the quota approach."
