    Velayati reiterated that his country prefers dealing with the principle of good neighborliness, and hopes to achieve positive results in the dialogue with Riyadh. He also praised the efforts of the Iraqi government to restore diplomatic relations between Tehran and Saudi Arabia, and said, "We consider Iraq to be the most successful Arab country in achieving independence and implementing democracy."
