    [size=45]Representative Alia Nassif expressed her astonishment at the absence of the role of the Integrity and Public Prosecution Commission towards the blatant challenge undertaken by the Civil Aviation Authority, represented by its Director General, and its referral of the security protection contract at Baghdad International Airport to Business Intel after approving the minutes of the Analysis and Referral Committee. Despite all the irregularities and the evidence that we revealed earlier.[/size]
    [size=45]And she explained in a statement today: “We have previously confirmed that the company does not possess sufficient technical qualifications for this contract and that it does not have the financial competence to contract an amount of (22,300,443) million dollars, in addition to the lack of financial allocation for this amount, and this is contrary to the text of Article (16/first) of the Law Federal Financial Administration No. (6) of 2019, which stipulated that (it is not permissible to enter into a financial commitment until after making sure that the necessary financial allocation is available).”[/size]
    [size=45]Nassif continued: “As we previously confirmed, there is a relationship between the (Biznis Intel) company and the Israeli Barakat company, which means opening the door of Baghdad International Airport wide in front of the hostile intelligence without any movement by the concerned authorities towards this security breach, and that the company in question does not have a license A license to practice security work by the Ministry of Interior.[/size]
    [size=45]Nassif asked: “We have informed all the supervisory authorities through statements published in the media before the conclusion of the contract, but they did not move a finger. .[/size]
