The Ministry of Finance in the Kurdistan Region has issued a book prohibiting the work of first-degree relatives in some of its administrative staff.
The book states that "employees should not work with their first-degree relatives (husband, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter) in the same office".
The book added, “It is normal for these people to be together in the same office for several addresses, such as employees (servicemen, guards, cleaners, teachers, postmen, gardeners, drivers) if the first person is in the same office.
The ministry pointed out that "the directorates and offices of the Ministry of Finance must form a committee to implement the circular and the letter and inform us of the results before the end of the year."
