On Thursday (12/15/2022), Mr. Bakhtiar Haji Hamad, Director General of Relations and Follow-up Affairs at the Representative Office of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Baghdad, visited the Directorate of General Citizenship in the Kurdistan Region and was received by Major General Hirsh Ahmed, Director General of Nationality.[/size]
[size=45]During the meeting, which was attended by Major “Muhammad Taher Sadiq,” ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the directorates of federal citizenship and the Kurdistan Region were discussed, and a new mechanism was searched to simplify procedures between the two sides and speed up the completion of citizen s' transactions, by linking the two sides to the electronic platform of the representative office to serve citizens.[/size]
[size=45]It was also decided during the meeting to receive the Directorate's books via the electronic platform in order to complete the transactions as quickly as possible in order to avoid delays.[/size]
[size=45]At the end of the meeting, the Major General, the Director General of Nationality for the Kurdistan Region, thanked the representative of the region in Baghdad for its continuous endeavor to find advanced and civilized work mechanisms to facilitate the completion of citizens' transactions.[/size]
