His Excellency the President of the Republic, Dr. Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, received, at his residence in Davos, the Dutch Prime Minister, Mark Rutte.
Mr. President stressed that the election period was long, but the result was good in forming the government, as we benefited from the lengthy dialogues between the political parties that resulted in understandings that led to the formation of the government, indicating that the government is serious about implementing its ministerial program and focusing its efforts on providing health and environmental services, water, housing, electricity and others. .
His Excellency stressed that the consolidation of security and stability in the country occupies a priority in our curriculum, especially since the security situation is better than that of many countries in general. The President of the Republic said, "We have visited some Iraqi provinces and witnessed reconstruction in many of them, despite the delay in approving the budget for three years, which hindered the process of starting strategic projects."
