    Today, Wednesday, the Ministerial Council of Economy set the prices of black oil supplied to the refineries.
    And the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated, in a statement, that “the Ministerial Council for Economy held its third session, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Fuad Hussein, Chairman of the Ministerial Council for Economy, to discuss problems and obstacles in the private and mixed industrial sector factories, in the presence of representatives of the Ministries of Oil and Industry and Minerals, the head of the Iraqi Federation of Industries and a number of Owners of private and mixed sector factories.
    He recommended that "the price of black oil supplied to oxidized asphalt plants be at a price of (35%) of the price of the global publication (Dubai), provided that the price of one ton does not exceed (250) thousand dinars, and with a quantity ranging between (70-100%) of the design capacity." .
    The council stressed, according to the statement, that “the price of black oil prepared from the factories, at a price of (100) thousand dinars per ton, will remain constant, as for other factories, the price will be (150) thousand dinars per ton, with the obligation of all oxidized asphalt plants and other factories to register their workers.” At the social security departments within (4) months, otherwise they are not supplied with fuel, and in the event that one of the parties is harmed, the decision is reviewed after (3) months.
    The council called for approval to increase the cost of the tender for treatment of HIV patients for the year 2023 at a price of (850) dollars per elephant, as well as approval of increasing the total cost of the Baquba sewage project / the second phase, and approval of increasing the total cost of the project to rehabilitate the factories of the General Steel Company.
