Today, Friday, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs set the date for opening applications for social assistance and the included groups.
The head of the Ministry's Social Protection Authority, Ahmed Al-Musawi, said in a statement, "In implementation of Minister Ahmed Al-Asadi's directive, the authority has set Monday 20/2/2023 as a date for electronic submission of social assistance."
He added, "Only the categories below are covered by those who were unable to apply previously, and they are:
1- An orphan: every child whose parents died or his father died and his mother remarried
2- The widow 3- The
divorced woman 4-
The family of the inmate or the depositor if his sentence exceeds one year and he acquires a decision The verdict is the final degree
5- Single: an unmarried woman who has reached thirty-five years of age
6- An adult unmarried girl who has reached eighteen years of age and has no parents and has no legal breadwinner
7- The wife of the missing person, and she has proof of that, and she has the right to apply
