Chairperson of the Committee of Finance confirmed the temporary passes 2014 budget Magda al-Tamimi, said on Saturday that the current year budget would be passed before the fifteenth of next month.
Al-Tamimi said in a press statement that "the ongoing political atmosphere between all the blocks as well as the speed of formation of the government and the return of the negotiating committee between Baghdad and Erbil for the exercise of its new all factors that help to pass the budget before the middle of next month."
Tamimi and demanded that the Ministry of Finance "is committed to the deadline given to them until next Tuesday, and that take into account the amendments demanded by the Parliament by the Finance Committee and send the interim budget in order to read the first and second time and then vote on them."
She added that "the draft budget that will reach from the Ministry of Finance to the Parliament will be introduced by a lot of variables, especially regarding the displaced people and the security file," pointing out that "the Ministry of Finance gave guarantees that the budget of two thousand and fifteen will not be delayed and will be sent to parliament after the vote on the budget for the current date latest, after the middle of next month. "
