The House of Representatives’ approval of the third amendment to the House of Representatives elections law and the provincial and district councils sparked a debate between the various political forces, between a supporter and a supporter who sees it as a factor in the stability of the political process and the completion of large draft laws without disagreements and that it establishes the concept of cooperation and understanding between the legislative and executive authorities, and rejects the amendment He sees in it the marginalization and exclusion of independent and small political forces.
