A committee to evaluate work in the school buildings project

The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Municipalities formed a committee to evaluate the work on the model school buildings project in the country, stressing that the committee will submit continuous reports on the percentage of completion in order to prevent any delay.
The Director General of the Buildings Department in the Ministry, Eng. Khalil Ibrahim, explained to "Al-Sabah" that the aforementioned committee will monitor the work according to the available capabilities, and it will be responsible for submitting continuous reports regarding completion rates or the occurrence of delays in the work in order to take appropriate measures and find appropriate solutions to continue work on projects and follow-up administrative and legal procedures with the implementing companies in order to ensure the flow of work on projects within the current allocations.
He pointed out that the school buildings project, which includes the construction of 1,000 model schools distributed throughout the country, is one of the projects that the ministry has given great attention to in order to complete it as soon as possible.
