    [size=45]The National Investment Authority announced the approval of the Ministerial Council for the Economy to continue the completion of the residential units in the city of Bismayah by the South Korean company Hanwha, while the authority will determine the fundamental sources of financing for the project, both internal and external.[/size]
    [size=45]The Authority said in a statement, “The Chairman of the National Authority confirmed, during his chairing a meeting that included the applicant owners and directors of departments in the Authority, that the Ministerial Council for Economy approved the recommendations of the concerned committee to continue the contract with the Korean Hanwha Company to implement all residential units in the Bismaya complex.”[/size]
    [size=45]The statement quoted the head of the authority, Haider Muhammad Makiya, as saying, “The approval of the Ministerial Council for the Economy included that the National Investment Authority determine the fundamental sources of financing for the project, internal and external,” noting that “the Bismayah residential city project is one of the promising projects that will witness a new beginning for the implementation of the rest of the residential units.” And sell it to Iraqi citizens.”[/size]
    [size=45]He continued, “The Authority places the implementation of the government program and addressing the housing crisis at its highest priority within the implementation of its approved projects,” pointing out “the necessity of completing the procedures for identifying internal and external sources of funding for the project and beginning the construction of housing units and infrastructure and providing the best services.”[/size]
    [size=45]In the same context, and to complete the procedures related to the Bismaya residential project, the Chairman of National Investment, Haider Muhammad Makkiya, held a meeting with representatives of the South Korean Hanwha Company, during which he discussed developments related to sources of financing and the resumption of the company’s work in the project, according to what was stated in the statement.[/size]
    [size=45]For its part, the South Korean delegation expressed “its satisfaction with the efforts made by the National Investment Authority aimed at continuing to complete (100) thousand housing units for Iraqi citizens.”[/size]
