    [rtl]Baghdad - Iraq Today:

The Federal Court in Iraq canceled the decision to suspend the handover of the joint headquarters operations in Kirkuk, which the Iraqi Prime Minister had previously decided to hand over to the Kurdistan Democratic Party. According to a document issued by the Federal Court, “The plaintiff, Representative Wasfi Assi Hussein, requested a ruling obligating the first defendant (Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani) to cancel Joint Operations Order No. (843) of 2023 regarding (moving the Kirkuk headquarters from its current location and handing it over empty.” of vacancies). The court ruled to dismiss the plaintiff's lawsuit (Wasfi Assi), for lack of jurisdiction according to the form in which the lawsuit was filed, and to cancel the state order No. (213\Federal\2023) issued by this court on 9/3/2023.[/rtl]
