Today, Wednesday, the General Authority of Customs began working on the electronic platform for vehicle registration books.
A statement by the Authority, received by the “Information” Agency, stated that it “began working on the participatory electronic data platform launched by the Ministry of Interior/General Traffic Directorate, with the participation of the relevant departments, in implementation of the recommendations of the meeting held in the National Data Center Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers.”
He added, "The electronic platform canceled the process of transferring vehicle disks and the process of registering vehicles became electronic (online) through this platform by sending all customs data for the vehicles and following a central inquiry interface about this data to the relevant traffic directorate departments."
He continued, "Working on the electronic platform will facilitate procedures for citizens, eliminate manifestations of corruption and manipulation, document data entry, and eliminate manual work." Ended/25
