Baghdad / NINA / The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce for Administrative Affairs, Sattar Al-Jabri, chaired a meeting to discuss the themes and priorities of the government program for the year 2024.
Al-Jabri confirmed that the meeting discussed the first topic of preparing the axes, priorities, and procedures for implementing them, according to what was stated in the government program for the year 2024, and in the presence of the ministerial team concerned with following up on the implementation of the government program, in addition to discussing the latest administrative, technical, and legal developments to automate the ration card for the rest of the governorates.
He pointed out that the second topic of the meeting dealt with discussing reconsidering the controls and instructions for the profitability of supply agents and transport amounts, with the aim of arriving at new controls for the purpose of launching them, along with starting to automate and update the new ration card.
Al-Jabri continued that the third topic also included a discussion of reconsidering the controls for granting, creating, merging, rotating, canceling and merging food and flour agencies and completing the procedures for their automation according to an electronic program in order to simplify the procedures and reduce time, according to what was stated in the government program.
He confirmed that the ministry has achieved advanced completion rates in the ministry’s formations in implementation of the directives of the Council of Ministers, and work is currently underway to distribute more than 55 POS devices to supply agents./End 2[/rtl]
