Parliament's satisfaction and the stability of government performance postpone the ministerial change

Despite the expiration of the period for evaluating officials in official positions, including ministers, signs of change seem very far away, especially with relative stability in the implementation of the provisions of the government program.
The House of Representatives does not seem interested in changing ministers, in light of the political circumstances surrounding it, the most important of which is the lack of agreement on a new president, as the duties of the president are carried out by First Deputy Mohsen Al-Mandalawi.
Representative Ali Al-Mashkoor explained, in an interview with Al-Sabah, that “there is talk in the corridors of Parliament about a change in the government team,” adding that “this cannot be considered official talk.” Al-Mashkoor added, “The decision is in the hands of the Prime Minister, as he is responsible for whether or not to remain in his ministerial cabinet,” as he put it.
For his part, academic and political expert Khaled Al-Ardawi saw the necessity of making a ministerial change, pointing out the influence of the calculations of political forces on this file.
Al-Ardawi told Al-Sabah: “The ministerial change is not a technical issue decided by the Prime Minister, but rather a political issue whose course is controlled by the interests and calculations of the political forces involved in the government,” explaining that “the political forces refuse to allow the change to prolong some of their figures and not others.” Any ministerial change requires a comprehensive deal agreed upon by all political forces.”
Al-Ardawi added that “change in general is required in order to develop the performance of institutions, especially in senior decision-making centers,” noting that “the government has set timings to evaluate the performance of its ministerial team, and determine who deserves to continue and who should be replaced, but all of this has been overcome some time ago.” Long for many reasons.
