Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -MP, Karim Alewi, of the Iraqi National Alliance ruled out the withdrawal of the Sadr Trend from the political process.
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “The political situation is witnessing the elections of the Provincial Councils and each political side wants to get more votes from the Iraqis.”
“The Sadr Trend is facing pressures as being the supporter of some sides that wanted to topple the government, he added, noting that “I do not think that the Sadr Trend will withdraw from the political process.”
