    [ltr] Finance Minister Hoshyar Zebari, on Wednesday, the allocation of 32 thousand new career degree to the ministries of defense and health in the budget of 2016 while pointing out that the ministry has received a loan from the World Bank to support the budget up to more than a billion dollars.[/ltr]
    [ltr]Zebari said during a press conference held at the Ministry of Finance building and attended (range Press), "The Ministry of Finance presented the budget and progress during two consecutive years at the time," adding that "some of the figures in the basic budget speculative".
    Zebari said that "the total expenditure in the budget amounted to 16.9 trillion dinars and ongoing expenses 77.2 trillion dinars, while investment expenditure amounted to 29.7 trillion dinars." 
    The Minister of Finance that "the country's total revenue projected for 2016 will amount to 83.4 trillion dinars, of which 69.7 trillion of exports of crude oil and 13.6 trillion dinars of non-oil exports," pointing out that "the budget deficit in 2016 will reach 23.5 trillion dinars."  Zebari said that "the current government expenditures and obligations of the government rate, as well as employees and retirees amounted to 72.2 trillion dinars."  And on grades, Zebari revealed "the allocation of 20 thousand degrees and careers to defend and 12 thousand degrees to the Ministry of Health," asserting that "the final accounts for 2013 have been closed."  He pointed out, "Iraq for a loan from the World Bank to support the budget amounted to more than a billion dollars in order to cover the existing budget deficit."  In another context, the Minister of Finance denied stop the Iraqi army and the salaries of the popular crowd, stressing that the government reduced functional allocations did not "affect" salaries. He revealed the payment of all of Iraq's dues for oil companies operating in their own country the year 2014. Zebari said that "the government did not stop the Iraqi army and popular crowd salaries, but loans and advances stopped this year because of what is going through the country from the crisis", adding that "some have tried to distort Resolution salary scale, which was adopted in order to achieve justice, a reduction of provisions for higher grades and raise the minimum salaries. "  The Minister of Finance that "the government reduced functional allocations from first class until the seventh, and has increased the salaries of degrees from the eighth to the tenth."  Zebari stressed that "the Iraqi government paid the dues of oil companies operating in Iraq late in 2014, while paid off in the first quarter and the second and third quarter we will pay accrued for 2015".
