Daini said (of the Agency news): The Council of Ministers and in collaboration with the National Investment Commission issued a legislative regulations in order to strengthen the work of the investment, but these systems are lagging investment regulations are not in line with the modern world. He continued: Investment Law No. (13) for the year (2006) is not consistent with the vision of the state in the trend towards free market economics, which hampered the performance of the investment process and affected the entry of investors to the country, calling to modify format enhance investment activity. Confirmed: the importance of a vote of confidence for foreign investors to enter the investment environment through the development of Iraqi facilities and encourage him to work in Iraq, stressing the need for the development of the banking system in line with the investment process of the country.
