    [ltr]Planning Ministry said on Saturday that Iraq is in urgent need to activate the role of the national oil company, confirming that it is the first step to save the national wealth and will compensate us for foreign companies.[/ltr]
    [ltr]He said Oil Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, said that the national oil company, to be presented and the Oil Ministry a draft law to the Council of Ministers is not a substitute for oil and gas law, but rather abbreviated role in the operation of the fields and the organization to deal with foreign oil companies operating in Iraq.[/ltr]
