    [ltr]Said the Baghdad Provincial Council, he said on Saturday that the ongoing work on a wall of Baghdad, by order of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Haider al-Abadi.[/ltr]
    [ltr]It is said that the wall was to protect the Baghdad-citizens on the outskirts of Baghdad, from terrorist attacks.[/ltr]
