    4:14:09 a.m. 02/27/2016 |(Voice of Iraq) - Statement by thePresident of theparliamentary bloc of the coalition and the national lawmaker Kazem al - Shammari, Saturday, thecoalition refused toparticipate in theconference to be announced held today on community reconciliation andsocial cohesion, noting that reconciliation does not come toconferences or seminars protocol and words . It is thedecision of the desire to be applied in both houses Ministers and MPs laws and resolutions of thewindow. Al -Shammari said in apress statement byhis press office, he said that "national reconciliation is thebasis and premise ,which emerged from the coalition, which has repeatedly called him its leader ,Iyad Allawi ,through a detailed study was presented anofficial letter by him for the three presidencies and the result ofprocrastination the stall under theexcuses different until we got to where we are today from thedestruction of infrastructure and displacement of families in several provinces. " he added that" true reconciliation cannot be achieved in the speeches ofpolitical leaders on the platforms ,followed byapplause of those present and then fade by the end of the conference . it is a window oflaws and resolutions prescribed byleaders involved in the executive and legislative branches , starting from thelaws that abrogate collective punishments such as accountability, justice and amnesty legislation down to the implementation of government duties to the Iraqi people of all factions , without discrimination. " he noted that" Iraq is for Iraqis and not for a party or aperson or acomponent , and everyone on his arrival to safety and out of thetribulations ofsuccessive and this will not beachieved as Chksmah several times only through real partnership between all without the uniqueness of the decision or seek behind the narrow interests. " He said Shammari we" from this standpoint and we feel that such conferences will not go beyond thedoors of the place ,which will be held in it without any actual results on the ground, we have decided not toparticipate in it inorder to Anhsp a new failure inaddition to themany failures and disappointments that accompanied the political process over thepast period.
