" said Salhi, that" theloans received from the Agricultural Bank was for thepurpose ofpurchasing peasants seeds and mechanisms ofagricultural supplies today We find that a third of the area of Kirkuk predominantly agriculturally are under the control of the organization (Daash) or are theareas of military operations , "he said , adding," the Ministry ofAgriculture and theagricultural Bank calling peasants topay the debt owed ​​by the peasants ofKirkuk , they do not have the necessary funds to meet thedebt as a result offarming their land stopped .
