[ltr]The MP said the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Rankin Abdullah on Saturday said Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi resorted to the political blocs on the issue of cabinet reshuffle and away from his promises to the adoption of technocrats.[/ltr]
