Yasiri: stuck some blocks 117 agricultural law to make organizing rent agricultural land is elusive

BAGHDAD (Iba) .. Refer a member of the Committee on Agriculture and Water MP Hadi al-Yasiri, reasons for not reading the law regulating the rent of agricultural land a second reading to the disapproval of some political blocs it for fear of not achieving positive results, adding that some of the blocks sticking Law 117, which will not achieve any positive results over the past years.
Yasiri said in a statement to the independent press agency (Iba) .. He suggested Yasiri "added some amendments to this law in order to be encouraging and agonist agricultural reality and the standard of living for farmers, noting: The amendments include give the farmer a percentage of land for housing in which the ratio of the last planting orchard benefit and titled him to encourage him to cultivate the land and not to his emigration to the city."
