He said the court spokesman Judge Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said in a statement, " The Supreme full Federal Court confirms that it has not issued any judgment or decision in connection with theconstitutionality or unconstitutionality of thedecision taken by the House of Representatives on the Presidency at the meeting held on 14.04.2016 ".
Bayraktar added that "it is not only through theproceeding in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Court No. 1 of 2005 to allow them to listen to the words of theparties and their documents , " stressing that "such a proceeding has not provided to the Court by any party until the morningof 18 / 4/2016. "
