    Postponed the Federal Supreme Court, on Tuesday, considering claiming former Vice President Osama Najafi to appeal the decision to cancel the post of vice president, and as decided to postpone consideration of claiming the former Najaf governor Adnan al-Zurfi to cancel decrees Republicans clinging exemption from office, suit and Human Rights Minister Mohammed Mahdi al-Bayati, responded to the challenge decision to cancel the Ministry of human rights.
    A judiciary spokesman Judge Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The Supreme Federal Court held, today, considered its actions on its agenda."
    He said Bayraktar, that "the Federal Supreme Court postponed consideration of a case of Osama Abdul Aziz Najafi to challenge the Cabinet's decision to abolish the posts of Vice President of the Republic," noting that "the court also postponed the lawsuit Adnan Abdul Khudair Zurfi to cancel decrees Republicans clinging to an exemption from the post of the governor of Najaf."
    He attributed Bayraktar, the reasons for the postponement to "complete the legal procedures," pointing out that "the Court defined the 15th of the month of March next year, a date to look at these kind invitations."
    He stressed Bayraktar, that "the Federal Court dismissed the suit, Mohammed Mahdi al-Bayati, to appeal the decision to cancel the Ministry of Human Rights, being erected contrary to the Court's rules of procedure," revealing "Re lawsuit candidate Ibrahim Abdullah's speech, for lack of jurisdiction."
    The Federal Supreme Court, in (26 January 2016), defer claiming former Vice President Osama Najafi to appeal the decision to cancel the post of vice president, as identified on 16 February, the date for the completion of the proceedings, postponed the lawsuit challenged the constitutionality of the Second Amendment Act decided the law of the provinces.
