He concluded by saying, " The purpose of the collection of signatures does not have access to the legal quorum , but only thelargest possible number of MPs meeting under the dome of the parliament, in the coming hours, to achieve the principle ofparticipation of all parties in the unified session called by the Presidency of the Republic."
