Hammadi said in a press statement, " The Councilof Ministers issued an amnesty for deserters retarded and volunteer employees of the defense and interior ministries, has got the approval of this book have been sent from the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers."
He pointed out that "most of the displaced people of Nineveh province , want to volunteer any security wire to contribute to the liberalization of theterrorists Daash their wallets."
He pointed out that the governor of Nineveh , " theCouncil of Ministers approved the launch of the displaced amounts frozen and deposited in state banks (Rafidain and Rasheed) and the payment of dues of farmers in 2014". Q ended
