Not IMO it sounds like the RV will proceed this action, since electronic cash covers every conceivable transaction in business in country and out... Forex also comes to mind so I like this a lot. You would want the rate set prior to entering the market economy and electronic transaction is conducting business in the market economy.

i would think that would be about right, otherwise they would be paying a thousand dinars for a coke. that would be rather silly i would think. how many dinars, at today's value, would it take for them to stay, say 2 weeks at the olympics.
